About my design:

Wooden Radio & cd player.

This radio and cd player is the first of its kind and it is completely made from waste ( from the screws to the circuits boards), by mixing different component from different sound systems.

The materials used for the case are reclaimed plywood, tree sticks and cork.
The design tries to show the second cycle of the materials as well as give and idea of how all this products work by exposing the circuits to the consumers eyes.

THIS IS MY DESIGN

well the design tries to show simplicity as well as to do something new, not just build a wood case exactly the same as the plastic one. so i came with this new approach of simplicity, the quality of the materials is difficult to controlled because they were waste so the quality and the hand made job was intended to be as it is. =)
